Marilyn Guarino

Marilyn joined BIBA Academy because her love of hair is only matched by her love of education. Marilyn has been in the industry for over twenty years with a broad background salon ownership and management but has spent the latter part of her career as a teacher. After honing her teaching skills at other hairdressing schools in Melbourne, she finally joined us after falling in love values the environment of growth and encouragement that is always in the room.  She’s motivated to  our students in every way

Marilyn is currently upgrading her colouring skills to add another string to her bow, and she particularly enjoys finding unique ways to help our students understand that the textbook techniques and approaches to ‘doing’ hair can always be enhanced with a little improvisation here and there.  After all, no two client heads are ever the same, and neither are our Educators at BIBA Hairdressing Academy.
